I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. I have received training in CBT, EMDR, DBT, & IFS.

I also offer bilingual (Spanish) therapy services.

My Approach

I am dedicated to supporting people to feel more empowered in their lives so that they can be their most authentic selves. I work best with clients who are genuine and honest. And the ones who understand and accept that it takes time and effort to build up trust and see progress. I'm excited to work with clients who have different backgrounds and experiences than I do. It will give us both an opportunity to venture out of our comfort zones and practice compassion, patience, and open-mindedness.
