My Approach
I provide a warm, inclusive space for individuals seeking support with a wide range of mental health needs, with a special focus on neurodivergence and women’s issues. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, grief, life transitions, PMDD, or stress, I’m here to support your journey with compassion and clinical expertise. I believe in your capacity for resilience, growth, and meaningful change, and I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, safe, and empowered.
My approach is collaborative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and strength-based practices. I also integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and psychoeducation to support healing of both mind and body. Together, we will work toward greater self-understanding, improved well-being, and lasting positive change.
I am under the direct clinical supervision of Dr. Kathleen Ruscitto, LMHC, NCC, ACS
