Everyone has moments when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward, whether they are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, or life transitions. They may be seeking relief from immediate symptoms, wanting to break unhealthy patterns, or exploring more profound questions of identity and meaning. Above all, they long for a safe, supportive space to share openly without judgment, gain emotional clarity, and develop practical coping strategies. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I help clients by creating a safe, supportive space where they can process their struggles and discover new ways forward. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
